ETG: Corporate Overview
The ETG Companies are a diversified family of over 20 operating companies, partnerships and joint ventures on five continents in energy, logistics, shipping, financial services, food and beverage, electronics and high technology, industrial controls, software and information services, medical devices and biotechnology, data communications, intellectual property licensing, national security, real estate and natural resources.
The ETG Companies are privately held. The parent and holding companies of the extended ETG enterprise are incorporated in the United States and controlled by Mr. Kimball Chen. Mr. Chen is son of the founder of the original Energy Transportation Group, Dr. Chie-Yuan Chen. The Chen family has controlled major companies based in China and the United States for over 100 years.
